This deposit is non-refundable; however, if we decide to discontinue the model or are unable to proceed with production within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
We are committed to starting production within 18 months from the date you join the waitlist. Should any changes to this timeline arise, we'll notify you as early as possible.
Refunds will be granted only in the event that we discontinue the model or cannot proceed with production. If this happens, we will automatically refund your deposit to your original payment method within 10 business days of our decision to cancel production. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of the cancellation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
